Truliant Federal Credit Union in Greensboro, NC

The bank in it self is good. All but one person that works there are stone faced and uppity. I never walk-in anymore. I just go thru the drive thru to avoid the attitude. Have been a member and customer there do over 2 years

Everytime I walk in the line is to the door..they dont have enough tellers and are extremely slow...no sense of urgency and the tellers are not very customer service oriented.I have had issues since day one...while traveling for work i was unable to get cash out of my own account from The ATM. But they allowed an unauthorized debit from an unknown source to come out of my account and never notified me...seriously seeking another financial information...

Sold a car to a member. Quick friendly service. They even did the tittle signing for free.

I've been a member for more than 20 years and have always received superior overall service both inside and at the drive thru. Car service was a good experience also. Sometimes it's bad customers not the service they receive.

I have no problem with service I get with Truliant except their phone service. You can never get in touch with a prrson. You leave your number for call back but no one ever calls back. I have tried for 3 days to speak with some one and every time I leave a call back number and I'm still trying to call because I never get the call back. I work a full time job and do not have all day to keep calling and by the time I get off work the bank is closed. This has been very frustrating for me because this is urgent that I speak with someone.
