I am very upset by your handling of my creditcard account. I called in 2-1-17 to inquire as to why my statement was showing a payment of $549 instead of the normal $120. I was advised that I was 38 days late and that this is going to be reported to credit. I am not sure how this is possible because when I signed in to make my Dec payment there wasn’t a payment showing to be made. I think that there is some kind of glitch in your system because there have been times that when I sign in to make a payment and shows a payment due, but when you click the “make payment” option either the amount is different from the sign on screen, or it shows 0. I’ve had this account for almost 7 years and never been late, in addition to having 4 other loans with you in the past and never late. I’ve been a member since the 90’s, and I would think that you would give me the courtesy of removing the late for these reasons alone. The MSR that I spoke to basically told me that I am stuck with the late and didn’t offer an alternative correction. I had a situation with BOA a few months ago and they reported me 30 days late due to an automatic payment setup issue that was my fault. They removed the 30 day late with no hesitation and I’ve only been member with them for 6 months. Surely you should not have a problem doing this for me. I am not happy right now with the customer service at Premier.

Not happy at all after almost 20yrs... HaD to have new debit card issued due to fraudulent activity... That is great and big thanks for that.... Only YOU DID NOT DEACTIVATE THE OLD CARD!!! And now trying to get money back! This was your fault and need to make it right ASAP! Oh yes... Is PFCU in Greensboro NC. Got the police report also too. Shouldn't have to go Through this due to it being your fault you sent me a new card and gave me a timeline of the activation you did not follow through on your "procedure" then so why have I got to go through your "procedures" now so you and see if they are fraudulent... 1. On old card #, that was Inactive you can see use in another states. 2. Can see my use of new card # in the Greensboro and Burlington areas. Your fault. Shouldn't have to wait to get my money back!
