Law Offices of John T. Orcutt in Garner, NC

Our first visit at John T Orcutt went very well. The first person we spoke to was very helpful and informative. There is a lot of paper work but that's to be expected. Once we finished making our payments, we worked with Kelli Stanley. Kelli is amazing. Anytime we had a question she responded in a timely manner. Once we finished all the paperwork and were getting ready to go to court, we were assigned someone in the post legal department but Kelli let us know we could always reach out to her and she would help when she could. Thank God she told us that, because I wasn't too thrilled with who we were assigned to in the post legal department. I was due to give birth a few weeks before the upcoming court date. Kelli, being understanding that going to court weeks after giving birth wasn't ideal, tried her best and got us the latest court date possible. About a week before court, I reached out to our assigned post legal advisor to make sure it was ok to take my baby to court with us. The advisor said no and I immediately felt anxious. From things I had heard, you could be tied up in court for hours, and I couldn't imagine being away from my baby who I was nursing. Me being the person I am, I always like to make sure of things before I take no as an answer. So I reached out to Kelli, I called the office and the front desk told me Kelli was not my advisor anymore. I let her know Kelli said that I could still reach out to her. I told Kelli the situation, and she got in contact with the lawyer who would be in court with us. She then called me back to let me know I could in fact bring my baby. My anxiety had gone away, and from then on, when I had a question, I tried my best to avoid the post legal department and hoped Kelli could answer any questions. And she has answered every question. There was one thing she could not help me with and had to refer me to post legal. That was about 2 weeks ago and the person in post legal department still has not gotten back to me. My experience with John T Orcutt would've only been made better if Kelli could handle all things pre and post legal, but understandably that would be a large work load for her. I'm thankful for the office helping to give us a second chance at financial freedom.

I was greeted promptly and offered coffee while I waited for my initial consultation. After a short wait I was invited into the office of Connie Nichols. Connie was very informative and answered all the questions I had and also gave me advice on certain things I had asked. She was a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable in everything we discussed. I was totally pleased with the consultation and especially with Connie. I have decided to go ahead with the bankruptcy and a lot of the reason was due to the info I got from the consultation with Connie. I would recommend that s firm to anyone seeking bankruptcy advice. Thank you Connie for such s pleasant experience.

The best decision my husband and I made was to go and have a consultation at the Law Offices of John T. Orcutt. I found them through a google search and they are about their advertised word. "0 down payment". We met with Monica Barbour, one of the paralegals, she was pleasant to speak with and very understanding. She assured us that she would take care of it and if we had any questions to give her a call anytime. She even took the time to write a hand written note to us. That says a lot in itself. Prior to seeing her, I was not sleeping. I was just always thinking about how to pay the bills. Thank you Monica for putting our minds at ease. So far I've had three nights of good sleep. Now I'm waiting to go out for Dinner.

Kelli Stanley is the best! She is efficient, informative, knowledgeable, professional and handles business in a timely fashion. Kelli made sure that I was properly and timely notified of appointments and dates. She made sure that I have everything I needed and was prepared for appointments and court. She worked very hard for me and made this a chapter in my life a good experience. By educating me on this process - I knew I had made the right decision. The entire office staff made me feel at home and like family. Thanks to a fantastic team!
