DIONNE was incredibly RUDE and impersonal! She should be fired and removed because customer service is not her specialty. She is HORRIBLE!!! I complained to corporate and the employee who was from the desk of the ceo simply acknowledged my issue and hung up as fast as she could. I don't appreciate the rudeness that was displayed but the overall bank is awesome so I will continue to bank here.
