I dont even want to rate this bank a 1 star . I cannot begin to explain the pain and aggravation this bank has caused me. As soon as this sh!t is resolved there I am moving to another bank. Here is a tip for BB&T clients- OPT OUT of the over draft protection! Opt OUT! Do not use this option. Here is a ludicrous example of these fees: An over draft purchase of about $24 can cost you almost $200. There is NO reasoning from these people and you will get no where if you kindly try to ask about anything in your account. You will get the run-around and THEy will indeed get your MONEY. My best wishes to anyone who is a BB&T client. I have been for years. I will not be as soon as I can get OUT of their services. ....or after they take a ton of money from me. OPT OUT PEOPLE!

I just visited this location for the first time today. I came to get a $100 bill exchanged for one that would work in my cash machine at my job. They clerk heard me say where I work and he replied, "well when I need your help y'all never help me!" To which I was stunned. He then asked me if I had an account there. I do not because I live in another city I just happen to work in Eden. He said he could not simply give me change for my $100 bill or give me a new one. Worst bank experience ever! Do not bank here! That's why I have SECU. Way better customer service and they are always nice to me.
