This has got to be the worst process ever! I have paid my account off, was told at the beginning of the month that there was a letter in the mail verifying the pay off, and we are not going into the end of the month and I still haven't received a letter. Not to mention, their system is always down and they can't tell me any information. They must have used the same company as Obama did to do Obamacare...

I have use CFS for 7 Plus Years! They are the best! Have saved my office tons of money in collection fees that we had to pay out with previous collection companies! They are always very responsive to any questions or concerns!! Happy Holidays!

I work with Credit Financial Services on a daily basis and they are the most pleasant group of people to work with. They always have a positive attitude and very willing to assist me with any needs I may have, no matter how many times I have to call each day. These people are acting illegally in their harassment and outreach attempts. They continue to call me, contact me, and leave messages regarding my brother stating he owes money but they refuse to provide me any further information. I have told them multiple times that I do not have contact with him and do not have any idea where he is. They continue to call me and harass me looking for his whereabouts and I'm seriously fed up to the point where I will be filing a claim. I happen to work for a financial institution and know first hand their methods of contact are illegal and I will be going out of my way to pull favors to bring the heat down upon you in any way shape or form possible.

I have worked with Credit Financial Services for years and I could not be happier. Compared to other collection agencies that I have worked with, they are the most helpful and friendly group. I like the ability to report accounts directly online and being able to check a patients status with the click of a button. The convenience of reporting payments online is a plus as well. If I do have to call CFS, their staff is always so accommodating and pleasant. Their collection rate is far better than other agencies that I have dealt with.
