Wells Fargo Bank in Cornelius, NC

Went in today for the first time to cash a check, with in seconds I was told the amount had to be verified. That I understood, however I know Wells Fargo's policy and the amount did not reach company policy. I was sent to an older women in her mid to late 50s with what seemed to be white long hair and puffy cheeks. If I remember correctly her name was Tracy. My first impression was she's a nice lady, after having her pressuring me into opening an account after I told her time and time again I was happy with SECU I had a different outlook on her real character. I would also like to note I told her I was in a hurry because I just purchased a boat and had to meet the seller to get it notarized. I left on my way very un happy with the thought of her poor salesmen ship attuned burnt in my mind. I called the seller, he gave me the address of the bank and I meet him there, funny, it was the same bank. The one in charge of notarizing, the old gray bitter women. Ironic I know. We sat down when she called us over, she said one minuet please and made a call. It was a sales call trying to book an account with a customer, a customer that most likely wouldn't even create an account. We listened to her try to sell him for more then 10 minuets. She had a slow soft spoken voice that irritated the hell out of me. I could see how fake of a person she was, I hope you can too if you run across her. Finally she hung up when I started to grab the papers and say f#@! the deal. She took her time notarizing the title and didn't even fill it out correctly. She didn't ask for any IDs which we were hoping for seeing how the real seller was not present nor aware of the transaction. I sent her info alone with mine to corporate, I pray she gets fired for her mistake and being a complete bitch. People like her look down on the less fortunate ones, Im sure she's no better the a bum on the street. Her desk is the one right up front in front of the tellers.

I've been banking there for years. Great Service from the staff. I do wish the turnover was less.
