This branch is the most unprofessional bank I have stepped foot in. My husband and I had an appointment to meet with a banker at 4:30. He and I had to wait when we arrived which wouldn't have been a problem if the banker wouldn't have come out and saw that we were there and took another customer ahead of us (who did not have an appointment, because she acknowledged us and said "I know you have an appointment it will only take a second"). My husband and I then waited an additional 20 minutes, and at 4:55 we decided to leave. I have been very happy with Wells Fargo, but I will NOT be back to this branch.

The banking services have been spot on. No issues with deposits. The app works fine. Fees are minimal if you don't have a minimum balance... Average rates. Only beef is waiting for someone to get back in touch with you after explaining work/sleep schedule. Need improvement in this area. Personal consideration is important to customers , especially at your "home" bank.

I honestly do not miss this branch at all. I remember when I walked in there and one of the tellers was wearing an Army ACU fleece with nametape and rank on it and proceeded to tell me to look up AR-Instruction and I immediately corrected him since he works at a bank and not currently assigned to an Army detail on drill weekend. Either way - I always felt like they didn't listen to what I was asking of them and it definitely has went down hill from when I first moved to Conover in 2010. I no longer live in the area.

Bank wasn't open yet. The lady who spoke with me was very rude. I have banked here over 20 years and this is unacceptable.
