Eric is so awesome. My fiancé and I were looking for a new car. He was so patient with us. This is my fiancé first time getting his own car. Eric helped us call insurance companies and told what he thought of everything. Eric we thank you so much.

I've heard from different people that drive time had horrible customer service, didn't know how to treat their customers. Let me be the first to say, all false. My experience with the staff at the concord location was completely "Amazing". They were kind, patient, understanding and made me feel valued! With me being a manager in the customer service industry, I was blown away with how professional everyone was!! Great job to the Concord location..

Eric.......Todd......you guys are amazing! I called Eric and was not so nice on the phone to him because i wasn't having a good day. My favorite car was totaled and nobody else would approve me due to the totaled car still being on my credit. He was by far the best help i could imagine. I called at 5pm looking for a car and it was at a different location. They got the car to their dealership and the next morning i was there. When i walked in the dealer i was welcomed with open arms. Todd greeted us and helped us through the entire process with Eric. These guys went above and beyond. They even delivered the car to me! the customer service was incredible. best ive experienced. thank you so much for the awesome car and wonderful experience.
