Nice and big

Very slow and expensive bank

Vey slow trying to call been on phone fir over a hour to get someone .

They took care of my business quickly and efficiently. Nice place to bank.

Bank staff are great in person, but they do not answer the phone. Not once in the 6 months I've tried calling (on different weekdays, at different times during the day), has anyone ever answered the phone at either Concord or Kannapolis branch. The phone number is strictly provided for automated responses, which is fine if you just want to check your balance, etc. If you press "4" which is the option to speak to a representative, you will get the same message every time: "everyone is busy assisting customers." It should say "everyone is busy pretending the phone isn't ringing."
