Horrible, messed up all accounts, NOT a user friendly bank. I will be moving my accounts. I would highly suggest you find a different bank.

I opened a basic savings account. BB&T ran a hard credit report. Didn't say one word about it. I do not trust this bank with my money. HORRIBLE!!!!!! I have been with BB&T for 26 years. I am Going to go to First Citizens Bank.
