Request GFE from this guys. At first they were nice on the phone came out with the best rates and lender's credit. Then everything changed dramatically with the credit scores over 720 they start make up stories that I'm not eligible for credit and that we have to purchase point and so on. When I requested all this changes on GFE they disappear stop answering email and I'm not talking about if you try to call them never answer's the phone. VERY HAPPY THAT WE DIDN'T GO ANY FURTHER THAN A QUOTE.

This review doesn't speak to the ease of getting a loan with this company, or the time it takes to close. I was prompted to write this review after I received a request for a "status update" via email, which is hilarious to me. I spoke with a loan officer earlier this year--in April. The guy was nice, I gave him all my info, and told him basically what we were looking for in a loan. After we spoke, he said he would get back to me with quotes. I didn't hear back from him until OCTOBER when he left me a message to ask for the "professional courtesy" of a return phone call to let him know where we were in the home buying process. LOL. Sorry, dude, but after 6 months without hearing from you, I've moved on and purchased a beautiful home. I let that go until I got the second email for a status update. Maybe you'll give the next customer the professional courtesy of a follow up within a reasonable period of time (read:: days, not months) so that you don't lose out on the business. ::thumbs up emoji::

Long story short--- I'd never use them if I were you. We need 1 document from this company to buy a home- they're a previous employer. First contact was last month- then contacted them 7 times. There is such bumbling, confusion, and "he said, she said" at that company it will make your head spin. And that's just to get 1 paper done!!! They finally sent the 1 paper today- but left off the most important part about the finances!!! SMH. I just have to laugh at their inefficiency... Imagine how they will be with a whole loan full of paperwork.
