I was working with the loan officer for this company since October of 2016, she decided since I have thought a lot form the old lender she wanted to insure me that I get a loan we stated the process in late October to get a buyers ready loan approval before putting a contact on a home after long await and all the hustle and bustle I was approval for a buyers ready loan. My three kids and I was super excited not only we are currently living in 1 bedroom at my mother house we was driving 45mins to an hour for school and work. I did everything my power to get this loan found a home give the sellers money did appraisal set to close on feb 2 before my son 12th birthday I get a phone call that the closing will be the 10th due to some issue the underwriter had on my file he requested that I paid a debt I own 7k I did that he requested my check stub shows I was under work 3.7 hours I show a paid check stubs showing 40hours he didn't stop there he requested my 2016 tax returns and transcripts I told him I not file yet and there's no way I was able to do so in 2 days before my closing, the lack of commutation my loan officer left a company retreat, The conditions were added that were impossible to provide. I end up losing my home, and $100.00 as a single mother who work two jobs my children cried and there nothing I cloud do. I never use this company ever again. WHO EVER THIS MAN IS HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE HAS DONE I EVEN WHEN BY OFFICE AND TOLD BY ONE OF THE EMPLYEE THAT WAS REFUSING TO CALL HUD ABOUT MY LOAN. YEA LETS NOT FORGET THE BLACK GIRL LOAN.
