My husband and I received excellent service when we got our mortgage with Bryan and Teresa Parker of Cunningham & Company. We're new to the area, and I had just started a business, so didn't think we'd qualify for a home loan. We were amazed at their personal service, patience and resourcefulness. Their expertise helped us navigate the loan process and even helped us with a few of the inevitable snags in the buying process -- which was truly above and beyond their call of duty. We also were impressed at how they maintain friendly ties with clients and help them feel welcome to the community. I cannot recommend the Parkers and Cunningham highly enough!

Bryan was incredibly helpful. My husband and I were looking for our first home. He made sure to walk us through step by step so that we understood everything that was happening. He was extremely responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. Bryan even attended closing to make sure that everything went smoothly!
