I hardly ever write reviews, but in the case of Brad Shaffer with Mortgage Choice I'll gladly make an exception. Why? Because he is exceptionally good at what he's doing! I've dealt with many mortgage brokers in the past, but Brad stands out as the one who was most helpful, REALLY caring about MY needs, not his/theirs. Example: I recently looked into refinancing the mortgage on my house, getting a cheaper loan. Since Brad's background is banking, he spend a lot of time going over my credit rating reports and gave me suggestions in how to fix them to get an even better rate!!! Where have you seen THAT happen? I can't recommend Brad with Mortgage Choice highly enough. Give him a call - you won't regret it!

Brad was our mortgage broker for our first house, before him we visited wells Fargo and some other big banks and were disappointed as none of them catered to our situation, being self employed and all . After visiting brad , he told us he will do his best to help us out but also said he can't promise anything . In the end Brad made the mortgage work out for us and also got us mortgage rate lot lower than we expected. For us it was no less than a miracle. I am so glad we came across his website and decided to visit his office. We had just moved from new york and didn't know anyone . But after meeting brad and going through the mortgage we felt like we have made a new friend and will be recommending him and using his services again and again for yrs to come.
