Everytime I try to do something with my loans I have with them, Charles Robinson turns me down everytime. Today I tried to go and combine my Car Loan with My personal loan. I was told over the phone earlier this week that I could do that and all I to do was come in the branch and sign some papers. Well Charles looks at my stuff and says sorry, we can't do that for you because there's not enough equity in your vehicle. This is the 4th time he has shot me down. Something is not right with this picture!!!
