Wells Fargo Bank in Boone, NC

Honestly, I wish I didn't even have to give this place one star. I would give it none if I could. As a college student, I have personally experienced the discrimination that Wells Fargo as a whole implements upon low-income people. The fact that they charge your account if you don't use your debit card at least 10 times a month, which is only effective to those with less than $500 in their account? I mean, seriously? I've been a customer for five years now, but today was my last day to put up with the discrimination and thieves that work for this banking system. They lost me as a customer.

They have always been very helpful and informative. Thanks for all the help.

wont pick up their phone ever, same thing last month too, and the atm was broken when i went after hours to make a deposit, would have known that if they ever answered the phone, thanks for the hour drive for nothing

Tina (mortgage officer) is absolutely terrible. Worse experience purchasing our first home with her. Went to another bank who was more than willing to spend time and walk us through the process.

I thought bank of America was bad. The Boone Wells Fargo Bank is terrible. I should have known it was going to be a bad experience when I went to shake Brian's hand (a banker there) and he just looked at me like I was a fool. He never even bothered to try and help me. Because he did take the time with me an Urgent care visit was delayed a day. Nice job in not caring for your own customers. Don't take my word for it. The 1 star review from consumer affairs says it all. These people don't care about their own customers.
