Bank of America Financial Center in Boone, NC

Estoy muy enojada con el personal de esta sucursal. No se que les pasó el día de hoy, porque ya había ido en otras ocasiones, y no me había sentido discriminada, como hoy, me gustaría que si en verdad les interesa y leen esta sección se comuniquen conmigo, estoy muy enojada por la forma en que fui tratada esta mañana, no sólo por los "cajeras blancas" sino por un miembro que trabaja ahí que también es hispano, y me ignoro e hizo lo posible, por no atendenderme igual que las otras cajeras, fueron groseros y discriminantes. Atendieron antes de mi a personas blancas con prontitud y a mi descaradamente me ignoraron, y tuve que irme sin poder realizar mi deposito.. que no se les olvide. Que ya existe la banca en línea muy pronto, podrían dejar de ser necesarios los "humanos" insensibles en los bancos, y una cosa mas, no son el único banco que existe, en éste país, he estado con ustedes por muchos años, pero igual podría decidir dejar de estarlo, agradecería se pongan en contacto conmigo, porque no se vale que tengan trabajando, esa sucursal gente tan grosera y di van a estarlo al menos que traten a toda la gente, sin discriminar, porque tengo derecho a no serlo. Like the previous review this place is WAY understaffed. If you plan to make a simple deposit or withdrawal the MINIMUM wait is around 30 minutes. Everytime I go here it's a total catastrophe.This is the worst Bank of America I have ever been to. Today I witnessed 8 cars in line outside and another 6 inside with only 2 tellers working, one of which was running back and forth from waiting on the drive through customers AND the ones inside the bank. I'm not sure if it's because it's a small town and they think our time is not precious, but this Bank would NEVER make in a larger city; there would be an uproar of complaints. I can't stand this southern ideal of taking your time and chatting up and having long drawn conversations with everyone you speak to. Stop taking your time and do your job; it's as simple as that.
