Woodforest National Bank in Belmont, NC

Opened a account there 2 weeks ago, really just for my tax refund, which I've yet to receive, anyways the staffs really well mannered here,they called my phone about a day ago just to tell me thanks for opening a account and if there was anything i didn't like or needed help with, only thing I don't like is it takes a while for transactions to process threw on your account, but however it deducts right away so you will not over draft, they just need to update their systems more often, thanks wood forest, so far so good let's keep that way, o by the way they need to change the $25 fee to close your account to nothing cause that's crazy.

Kayla and Liberty are very nice and exemplify profound customer service. They both speak to customers when you enter and exit the bank. However, I cannot say the same for their Branch Manager KATLAND. She has no idea what customer service is really all ABOUT. She came out of her office and had customers in the branch. She did not open her mouth whatsoever, and speak to one customer. Worse yet, She was eating a banana which was totally uncouth and unprofessional. ARE YOU SURE SHE WASN'T A FORMER WALL MART EMPLOYEE? She represents Wood Forest as a "second class bank". Why? At Bank of America every branch manager who sees you in his or her branch will acknowledge you and speak to you. Katland appears to be the type of manager who feels she's above customer service. Her attitude is that of a BAR setting. But then again, at least the bartender will say may I help you or even acknowledge your presence. CUSTOMER SERVICE makes all the difference in the world for success.
