Mountain Credit Union in Asheville, NC

There are so so many times I sigh, trying to collect myself as I can't login on line or they have mis-charged my account, or they have locked my account, or I can't use my debit card in some states but I can in others...so, so many times, you think I'd be used to it. I was pleased when they turned over almost their entire teller staff, thinking that perhaps that meant someone was paying attention to improving this little credit unions systems. And again when the website changed. But, tonight, as I have changed my password three times and it still won't let me in (and the back of the card doesn't have a number on it, so I don't think I can even call in to get my balance...so here's hoping my balance is okay, because they have daily penalties), I feel like it's time to write a review. I gave them two stars instead of one, because they found an awesome car loan for me with a ridiculously low interest rate. I just can't wait until it's paid off and I am no longer beholden to them.
