My husband and I had a great experience with this Cunningham & Co. We moved to Asheville from Boston and decided to live in a temporary place until we found the house we wanted. Once we found it, Teresa Roach and Phyllis worked hard to get us in that house as fast as they could since they knew we didn't like the temporary place our family of four was squished into. They are fabulous, professional and friendly and we would recommend them to anyone.

We came to Teresa Roach because of her tremendous knowledge of mortgage products/requirements and her extensive experience in the mortgage industry.
