They need more help .it takes a lot of time to get Thur drive thru with one person working 3 lanes and also back up inside , I have been with them for 15 years and I though them getting a bigger place would help but has NOT...

I wish someone could explain why not only this Truliant Credit Union branch, but others too, WHY in the world build 3-5 lanes that are usually all open yet there is at most times, ONE teller to service the drive-thru. They DO service first come, first serve, but WHY even give the allusion that it's going to be a very quick transaction in the first place. Same goes for the inside.
