Friendly people. They will call you time after time, though, trying to get you to take more money.

They are very nice and friendly when you first apply. Very willing to help. Thought they were great. But then I ran into financial difficulties where I needed to make hefty payments to IRS and NCDOR due to an error or risk my accounts being frozen. I spoke to Dustin in October and he asked me to make payment arrangements as I was a month behind going into 2 months behind. I explained I could not make any arrangements until December. He said ok and the conversation ended. I thought I would hear back in December. Nope. I get a nasty call today, from Michelle, at my job, after I said not to call me at my job, mind you; she did not even try my cell, and essentially threw a temper tantrum. I told her I spoke to Dustin and explained my situation. That I could make payments starting again in December. She did not care, instead her answer was " I helped you when you needed help and expected you to keep up your end of the bargain " Again I said " look I can't even afford groceries right now, let alone $150 you pay you guys at this time. I can take care of it in December" She instead said " well I guess I will be charging this off and ruining your credit then". She didn't even try to work anything out. Instead she acted like a child. I was very taken aback and disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Stuff happens and if my accounts get frozen they will not receive a penny anyhow, so why not put arrangements into affect starting in December? I will never use them again and will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional some of them can be.

They reached out to my employer to tell me I had a $25 NSF fee that needed to be paid. I asked on the phone if I could pay it over the phone so I didnt need to leave work. They insisted that I have to come into the branch and make a payment in person. So the next day I took time off of work and went into make this payment, only to be told it hasn't been posted yet so there was nothing I could do. When I explain to the lady that it is hard for me to miss work and that this was quite an inconvenience for me the customer she treated me with absolutely no respect, saying stuff like "well you being late on your payments is an inconvenience to us". And huffing and puffing about "I dont know what you want me to do". I hope you read this and learn some customer service.
