You can open a savings account for five dollars. They are usually willing to work with you on most things.

Yet again, I'm dealing with "fees" from this bank for something that shouldn't happen in the first place. I already wrote a review on another MFCU bank. I've used American Express for 6 years and never once had an issue like this. Want good advice? Save your time, money and stress. Go to a bank that values your business as a customer. Not a bank that's more interested in taking money from you. Closed my account for good and will not be returning. Would not be surprised or sad to see this bank go out of business.
