Horrible customer service... they are extremely rude

This bank is poor at best. I have to call every other day to find out why my card has been flagged or not approved. I have tried for 3 weeks to access there "on line banking" and am given a error response every time. I have called them repeatedly to try and get this fixed and they say that my login information is correct and that there is nothing they can do. I run 10K to 30K a month through my accounts. You would think they would want to keep my business. Not impressed at all.
