There is no heart in this company. They dont care about you as an indivdual. Second time I seen my wife cry was after she got off the phone with this company. Work with someone else

The mortgage banker was a horrible individual to work with and did not make the home buying experience enjoyable. He was very pushy, arrogant, condescending, rude, and misleading. His customer service skills were very poor, he did not communicate clearly, and he was only concerned about collecting his commission. Adding on to what "Family Guy" has said, my partner as well has ended up in tears after talking to him on the phone because of his rude attitude. I strongly recommend never working with this company. If anyone directs you to this company, decline immediately.
