The Emergency Room staff is the worst in the country! Doctors don't care. The nurses are lazy and complain about their job and patients. The third floor, known as Third Main is a death trap! The staff there are insensitive and rude. I would rather travel miles for another hospital then put my life in the hands of St. James healthcare. The core values that they claim to have are no where to be found. Go to Helena, Bozeman, or Missoula for any hospital care needed.

I walked into the ER nearly unable to breathe. Everyone associated with my care was superb, from the check-in clerk at the Emergency Room to the nurses on the third floor. They were caring, swift and competent. I have ten years experience working in hospitals, and I have been a patient in much larger facilities. This is the best care that I've ever received.
