U.S. Bank Branch in Bozeman, MT

Your typical 'bank inc.' they hire employees with no real skill set to get yelled at by customers who are getting screwed by the company. Yet, as Bobbie mentioned, trying to get to anyone of importance is near impossible. I had a discrepancy at this bank, talked to a teller on a friday on my way out of town, teller explained she would call me that friday or the following monday. More than two weeks went by with no call, went in to talk to the teller, who couldnt remember what I was talking about until her manager showed up, when she apparently had a vague flashback of the encounter. I "use" this bank because my family does, but really just make transactions while keeping a typical account balance of $10 with them, mainly because I don't trust them.

If you have mortgage with US BANK,- refinance and run away as fast as you can! The evidence of fraud and forgery in my case has been sustained by a forensics lab in San Francisco. CROOKS> dont wait till you find out they have sold your information ~! run!
