My fiancé and I set up a checking and savings account yesterday. Today, I went in to make a large deposit and cash in my $100+ change jar. The teller returned with my empty change jar, and proceeded to tell me off about the foreign currency I had mistakenly left in the jar. Supposedly it will break their change counting machine. The message would have been better received if the teller wasn't so rude about it. I then asked if they treat all their customers like this, and if this kind of treatment continues, I will be taking my banking elsewhere. Don't treat people like shit when they are putting money in YOUR bank! So far I am not very impressed with Western Security Bank!

They have to be the nicest people in Billings. They go out of there way to make thing pleasant.
