Very hard to get ahold of someone on the phone! They don't return phone calls!! Very important issue and called 3 different banks and not a one returned my call. They sent my insurance payment to the wrong place.

Simply trying to get my account information however no one in the 4 different branches here will answer the damn phones. One very irate and pissed off customer right here. Very seriously considering just closing out that account and switching banks.

Wells Fargo? You mean Hells Fargo. Had nothing but horrible experiences with them. Once I pay off my loan I will never come to them again. Disappointing to say the least.

Fees, fees, fees, and another thing called fees. Had hundreds in my account before I fell asleep, woke up with an overdraft fee. Got a mumbo jumbo speech on why and so I'm waiting for a tax return to leave this hell hole of a bank.

I have been with Wells Fargo for the last 16 years in Portland and was treated very well, recognized by the employees in my branch and had savings, checking and mortgage accounts. Moved back to Billings in January and went to the downtown main bank to change addresses and setup an additional savings account. Manager greeted me at the door, set me up with a personal banker and was very professional and friendly.
