Northwest Pawn & Gun in Billings, MT

Bought some silver, found out that night that one of the OZ's was a phony. I was very nervous because I didn't get a receipt (by my own choice, I was offered one but had bought silver there before with no problems and it was a relatively small purchase). I went in the next day and found the young man who had sold it to me. He looked it up on the computer and he promptly offered me an exchange or refund. Good service, the only reason for 4 stars is that they shouldn't have had a fake on the shelf even if it was an accident.

I bought a pistol here and had to get it shipped to my home state to a retailer with an FFL and the retailer in my town did not make it easy, but the employees at Northwest Pawn were more than helpful and went out of their way to make it a smooth transaction. Very happy with the product and the service, I highly recommend
