I have been a member for 30+ years & have had nothing but excellent experiences with MHFCU. From car loans to , to Christmas accounts, their service has always been excellent!

I have been a customer for almost two years. Things went fine at first but, quickly turned into mistake after mistake on their end that wound up costing me money. I.E. unauthorized deductions from my account, it took three attempts to stop a specific deduction (two phone calls, one attempt in person), eventually I had to walk in and stop all automatic deductions to get my money back, I was billed for five months for a vehicle I didn't even own, and they even paid me for months without noticing. MONTHS!!!! My experience with them has a been series of completely avoidable mistakes that have cost me financial hardship and stress. For all the good they do it is really just not worth the headache.
