Why don't you have a local number listed? I have a question only someone who is physically in the building can answer. Why am I on hold with an 800 number? It is very annoying.

I have never in my life seen such a deplorable bank with the WORST customer service on this planet!!!! After holding a client's money for months, a six figure dollar amount I might add, without explanation as to where it was. After it was finally put into his account, he had to wait on an "approval" to have it wired out of this account for many hours, and they had the nerve to tell him he was going to pay a wire fee. I suggest anyone who is thinking about banking with Regions, to get that completely out of your mind, as there are no branch managers to be found to make decisions in helping their staff, no regional managers around make a decision to push a button for a wire transfer or even an Operations Manager or employee even to talk to and help this aging, kind gentleman who has cancer and undergoing treatments. Thanks Regions for putting him through another 11 pound weight loss and heart problems. YOU ABSOLUTELY ARE THE MOST HORRIBLE BANK EVER!!!!!! by the way - I had to rate 1 star, there were no thumbs down!

I went in there one time and swore I'd never go back to that branch. I use the one on NW drive. Hopefully they have made service better.I've been a customer since it was Sunburst Bank. Do I ever miss that friendly bank.
