Worst banking system EVER! You put your money in and you can't get it back out. The people at the bank, both local, and over the phone, can't unlock your account. Weekends and holidays, if you're locked out, don't count as your penalty period, and it could be days before you're able to access YOUR money. You get punished for using the ATM, or making online transactions too often. I pay all of my bills online. If you're paying bills online, or need to use the ATM, you'll need a different bank. It also took ages to get this account sorted out, in the beginning. I'm switching banks. I've never had this problem with a bank before. We're new to the area and had no idea about this bank. I miss Bank of America.
