Dad's Super Pawn in Gulfport, MS

I've tried to buy a gun from dad's on three occasions. Each time I left after not even being acknowledged by the sales staff. I won't waste my time there again.

Bad business!!!! they sold me a item that didn't work and didn't tell me , went to bring back and they wouldn't take it back.

We put our Harley in at dads. Been there just 3 weeks. When we brought it in they checked it all out. All lights blinkers horn speedometer all working. We get it back today nothing working on it had posted a pic of the pouch that is connected under the speedometer casing and it was not under it. We asked the man why it is like this and he said he doesn't know. Didn't get it like that. But we got it back like this!! Very unhappy about

I've experienced poor customer service on multiple occasions, and find their in store selection to be poor. I reccomend High Caliber Pawn in Long Beach for firearms. Better prices and MUCH better customer service. However, I put that aside when I saw a craigslist ad for a very nice item, advertised by Dad's. I visited twice to inquire about it....told both times that I needed to come back when the "internet sales" guy was around. That is not listed in the ad....just store hours and location. Both times the sales staff was unable to help me, and seemed bewildered when I asked about the item. Seems like an odd way to run a business. No desire to help a customer at all. Last time I will set foot in this business.

The service is very poor. Asked if they had a c26 like taser and told me they was down on the end and I reiterated the pistol like taser. Then the guy told me idk and just looked away. I would give no stars if it was an option.
