Crappy customer service. Needs new manager REALLY BAD.... Needs new STAFF also. They don't do anything to impress ANYONE. The general manager NEEDS to have a undercover Show up to see how crappy all the staff have a NO GOOD attitude towards everyone. If U pull up to the drive thru window. The tellers act like they don't hear or see U pull up to get service. Something needs to be done with the manager. Like FIRE her give her the BOOT...... JUST CRAPPY (S%#@+) SERVICE.

I have been a member of this credit union since 1993. The service has done nothing but improve under the current management. You will NOT find the same friendly and professional service from a bank or credit union anywhere. I challenge you to ask another financial institution to stay after normal business hours so you can come by and take care of business.

Service could be better. I use to really love the bank before the CEO was it in charge and there is really no one to complain to.

The hours can be a little difficult to work around, but the ladies there have always been amazingly sweet and helpful to me.
