I like Johnny, he's so sweet, caring and helpful. However, I have had charges in my account that were not authorized by me, and this branch will not stand by my statement and are allowing these charges and the subsequent fees I have incurred to remain on my balance sheet. I am also being lied to about the chain of command that handles disputes and that once you get the denial letter from Memphis which is generated by the local branch official handling your claim, who btw, makes the decision and lies to you about corporate making the call, you then have no recourse to continue the dispute. I have never had a bank to tell me that the charges I am stating on the record are not authorized, that they have decided are legitimate. My Google account was hacked I guess and I have charges that were charged to my phone carrier also. My phone carrier didn't hesitate to return my money to me. My bank though isn't backing me and charging me for this. I'm changing banks, period. I can't afford this and I can't trust them with my money. At the end of the day it's about trust right? Would you trust them with your money? Have you had a bad experience with Hope Credit Union? I have met many who have and now I understand what these folks were talking about. It's getting harder and harder to trust financial institutions, this is the reason why. UPDATE:::: I had to spend one and one-half months going through the chain of command of this bank to finally I was able to email the Vice-President in Memphis Tn., she was the one who reimbursed my money to me finally. I was thankful for her. After this, every charge that could be levied against my account, has been. The way my charges were posted and pending conveniently landed me in an NSF situation where I could be charged fee's. I have long since gone to another bank who has not charged me like this, who has taken care of me and cares about my business. Save yourself some trouble. If you do not have a large volume of money to deposit into your accounts, if you are a regular working person like me, go somewhere else. This bank is a nightmare.
