The Absolutely Most Ridiculous treatment I have ever been given

Very slow and the hours they are open are not helpful.

The staff is not properly trained and does not listen to the customer at this location. The mortgage department is very helpful and has great customer service! Very poor customer service at the Wentzville location.

Slowest drive-up service I've ever experienced at a bank. Sometimes only (1) teller covering the entire line.

Today was my worst experience in a bank... ever! Michelle, our banker who we had an appointment with was terribly rude and insensitive. We sat down and everything seemed to be going well but as the appointment went on my fiancé and I had a few questions and preferences about our cards so we asked our questions and let her know of our preferences. Little did we know this "employee" did not like to answer questions. She actually laughed at us! She also made very derogatory and PERSONAL comments about our relationship. When we spoke about anything she would look at her watch as if she didn't have time for us. On top of all that she kept burping and talking about her children, siblings, money in her accounts, and personal trips her and her husband are able to afford. I love Bank of America and we were very excited to open our first account together. However, we will not be returning to this branch (even though we live in Wentzville) and we are so incredibly unhappy with our experience today! What a shame.
