So strange that I am seeing all these negative reviews on this lender. They have been nothing but kind and courteous with me through out my 3 yr plus loan with them. I had a very huge life change after I purchased my vehicle and it effected my ability to always pay on time. I would call them, let them know when I was going to pay, and they were accommodating ... Of course with in limits! Amy, Tony and Jan are the three people that I have had a pleasure of speaking with. Not bad, not bad at all ..... : )

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any company in my lifetime!! They prey on people with bad credit and give a loan with a ridiculous interest rate. I will make sure to tell everyone to never use them! I have been waiting on my lien release that they said got mailed out two weeks ago and I haven't received anything at all. They ask me whats my address like they don't know what address I'm at. I feel like its a way to get me to have to put with their crap!! I'm so over it

By far thee worst customer service EVER!!! Called the number to make a payment and whoever answered the phone had no greeting, didn't give a name, just "can I help you" with thee most hateful tone I've heard from an adult in a very long time. This is not the 1st time I've called and gotten someone with a nasty attitude. They seem to rush you off the phone or even cut you off when asking a question or talking. I can't wait to refinance my vehicle and never deal with this company again.

Strongly dislike this company's attitude towards their current customers. I have never in my life dealt with such a rude "customer service" payment server! Kathy is her name! If you have a current loan threw this company get out quick. Refinance if you have to. I will tell anyone looking for a loan not to go threw them!! If I ever was to speak to someone like that being a call center person myself, I would have been fired immediately! STAY AWAY!! Not only that they need to get with the times, no online payment, no debit by phone. Only mail in check/money order or electronic check when you call your payment in after speaking to rude people first.
