Went there for a simple money order, had to first deal with a rude customer that didn't have the proper check stub and paperwork needed in order to fulfill his request and the cashier honored it anyway. When my turn came, I made my request, had to split my order up between cash and card due to not being able to access an atm because i was already pushed for time. I paid the $3 fee for my card. The machine stopped working properly and she tried to take time to fix it, more and more people became impatient. I ended up having to ask 3 times for a refund because I had been waiting for 30 mins. She called the manager because she was clueless as what to do, and her manager, over the phone, wouldn't give her the authorization to refund me right away even though it was making me super late. I heard her say to her manager, so i cant give her a refund? I explained to her to let her manager know that i would call the police and corporate because they had over $500 of my money. She finally gave it to me and had the nerve to have an attitude. It's fine, because I will never go there again, and will definitely recommend my friends and others not to. I am a blogger. Shame on you management and also for the improper training of your workers!
