I have wento to west brothers service depth. For the last year for everything. I've always had to call them to check up on things because they would never tell me anything, then finally they were supposed to order a tire on a Saturday when I took them my car, but they still didn't order it a week later. I'll never go back, I've had nothing but trouble and always paid the higher price expecting qutility which was never received. Also I bought all 4 tires from them and they left themy at 30 psi, just above my tpms alert setting on purpose , I didn't check them for weeks. To find this issue, when the pressure was supposed to be athe 55psi. Thier novices and iggnorant rip offs.

Sales and finance teams are very low pressure, kind and very helpful. Very impressed with their customer service and service after purchase. EDIT: Not even a year after purchasing our vehicle, we've had to do over $3k in repairs...even with the "WARRANTY FOREVER" (BS) and purchasing an additional mechanical warranty, both of which have not covered jack squat. I even notified them of our dissatisfaction, only to never hear from them again. Will not EVER return our business to them; not for service, not for purchase, not even to tell them to shove it. Note-in the first review I left, when I said "service after purchase", I meant IMMEDIATELY after purchase, as in, when we got to the first stop sign away from the building and noticed the blinker was out--they did change the bulb.

after listening to a radio add detailing them supposedly going out of business with those great deals i drove the 45 mins to look at a camaro advertised for 22k online and got there to one priced 28k by the manager . salesman told me only vip customers get online pricing.. complete BS. these guys are bad news and they also told me they are not going out of business. bring in the false advertising and you best go somewhere else or you will be their legal prey.

I had my doubts about getting into the truck i wanted but Sonny Carroll made my buying experience the easiest and most comfortable ever! Hands down to this guy and West brothers. True pro's that actually care about the customers wants and needs! Go in and ask for Sonny Carroll!!

I just bought my 5th truck from West Brothers Ford in Sullivan, MO and love the service I continue to receive. Darrell and Sonny both worked with me to find the exact truck I was looking for. The put me at ease buy making sure I understood all of the new features on the truck...I am not a tech guy. I was just overly impressed with the sales team and have continued to be impress with the service department. I have all of my routine maintenance done there. I would highly recommend West Brothers ford to someone who is looking for a new vehicle.
