Was low-balled so deeply on a loan request that it was insulting. They wanted to give me less than 1/6th of the average going rate (not even the highest) for the same gently used and meticulously kept item on ebay. They based their number on the lowest buy now price they could find, for a damaged one at that. Again, mine was nigh mint condition.

I have not used/shopped at the pawn shop but i have purchased items from the gun shop within southside. They were fantastic. They gave me a better price than every local gun store and chain gun store. I checked pricing at 5 local gun shops from O Fallon MO to O Fallon IL and Southside was the most competitive and friendly. They were knowledgeable about their pistols, rifles, and ammunition. I will be back there to buy my next one. Thank you!

Done business with them for years and for the most part have done great by me. Some of the staff have attitudes but I'm sure they have they're reasons. But I will continue to go there even if there gun store clerks sucks except the younger guy.

Came in to get my ring down sized and they had it done by the next day! My ring turned out absolutely perfect and was cleaned and shined! You cannot even tell the ring was touched by a jeweler. I highly recommend this place for jewelry repairs over the chain stores who send your jewelry off and take weeks! Very affordable too. I'm very happy thanks guys!!
