I had a great experience working with Gordon and Derek at USA Mortgage. As a first time home buyer, I had zero experience in this arena. Gordon and Derek took the time to explain each step of the process, they worked with me as I improved my credit, stayed diligent with all the paperwork and efficiently took me from the starting line to the finish! Did we hit some speed bumps? Sure did... But what is the most impressive quality to me is how people handle issues when they arise (they inevitably will). These guys handled it no problem, they stayed in constant communication, worked well as a team and we got it solved. I ended up buying a GREAT house and could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend both Gordon and Derek.

We experienced fantastic customer service throughout the whole process from application to closing, and even after we closed!
