Sam light has been good to me. They let me know when it is time to pay or not and dont take my things. I really like coming in, they care and are very friendly people.

Forest gets 0 Stars Older gentlemen gets 5 Stars The older gentleman that I think owns the place or at least manages it, is there that I usually deal with is awesome! Very professional and to the point! Explained everything in detail! It is very kind and courteous and not disrespectful whatsoever! BUT There's a gentleman by the name of forest that works there and he's very disrespectful. I have a certified ring that I have pawn there before. And I've always gotten it back. Today I tried to raise the price today and I didn't get what I asked for which was completely fine ( but weird) but the way forest explained it to me making me, my ring seem cheap from the get-go. From the moment I asked for the amount of money he chuckled and making it seem like I had worthless jewelry. Without even looking at it! Then after looking at it acted like the owner had given me too much the first time and he really didn't want to give me that much again but did. I've pawned things my entire life and I've never felt so disrespected and disregarded! He made it seem like I was trash and the items that I had was trash. I went home and told my husband and he told me about an experience that he had with the same gentleman named Forest. Right before Christmas he went in there to buy me some earrings. The earrings that were presented to him work to high he thought. Asked if he had anything else available and forest "said get on out of here you're not going to spend any money anyways. That's what my husband was there to do was spend money… Maybe another route he could've said was I'm sorry there aren't any thing else available that is any less expensive than this item here. And my husband could've seen his own way out instead of being asked to leave. No matter how long forest has been looking at jewelry, the way that he talks to customers, I would say he need some help in the customer care department. We are all individuals and people and really do not need to be judged just because were coming there to borrow money. I'm sure he deals with some trashy people but I'm not trash and it really doesn't matter you shouldn't treat people differently! I was definitely being stereotyped for walking in there. For someone that actually works there, that's really inappropriate! I will definitely try to find the older man that I usually deal with and explain the situation to him. I will also bring my paperwork to my ring to prove The clarity of my ring!! This place is a great place as long as you don't deal with forest I'd say! Otherwise I have not had any problems in here and everyone seems to be very helpful just avoid the grumpy man that does not want to be at work named forest
