The new management is terrible! Do not shop here. I have bought several items here as has my family under the old management and they were great. I just went in and asked for a price on a tv and the first sales guy told me he couldn't give me that price or any reduced prices off sticker prices. I told him they were way too overpriced for a pawn shop and he admitted they were overpriced, telling me to go online, that I'd find a better deal. On my way home, I realized the tv I had made an offer of was marked 30% off. I computed that price and realized it was the exact price I had originally offered ($350) and was turned down on. So, I offered what it was LISTED for and was denied. Haha!! They totally lost that out on that one. Idiots! I called and spoke with a manager and stated I would turn around and come back to purchase that same tv for for $50 off. He said no. These people have no clue what they are doing and are quite pompous. You are not WalMart. You are selling dingy 2nd or 3rd hand items. Realize it. I would NOT give them my business again nor will any of my family members. They lost out on great repeat customers today and a possible sale of $350. I urge everyone to give your business to another pawn shop that respects customers and understands that repeat business and referrals are the best business.

Crap service was treated badly unprofessional staff hanging around the counter this store is very hit or miss with the experience ,either it will be good and Hassel free or BS and time wasting event you never thought you would half to deal with, 1 star for my visit.
