I have received the worst customer service of my life at this bank. I forgot my wallet at home one day and I work fairly close to the bank so I called to ask a simple question: can you verify me for a withdrawal without a photo ID. The lady that picked up the phone insisted that she could not find me in the system even after me repeating my name, phone number, and other info. I could hear her crystal clear with 5 bars of 4G LTE. She then told me that "Well I can't help you and just to let you know, we have caller ID so if you're not a real customer don't call back". I went into the bank and the service was cold and flat. When I called into customer service they told me that they should have been able to pull me up easily with my social. I got an email from the banks manager and apparently the lady denied saying all of those things to me because "she couldn't hear me" and the caller ID thing was a courtesy in case I needed to call back. It was an apology for "my misunderstanding". Disgusting. I'm switching back to my old bank.
