Not very easy to deal with. Tellers are great and everyone is nice, but policies such as an automatic 7 business day hold on checks from an insurance company and check holds on paychecks even with established account with no overdrafts is a little ridiculous. Additionally, they violate their terms of service by giving out information for ALL account holders to a third party life insurance company who will start soliciting you. Not sure if that is the only one or how much private information is transferred, but I prefer that whoever holds my money is honest and secretive about my personal info.

Missy is the best. I love Neighbors, they have always helped with anything although sometimes I need to bend over backwards. I only wish that their phone line had numbers to press for the works as I have no idea how to leave a message for Missy!! Put it on the website or on the automated thing or something!!

The ATM doesn't work (again) and, of course, they only have one ATM, so I'm stuck with cash and checks I can't deposit (again). Neighbors is part of a large co-op, however you can only WITHDRAW money from the other ATMs in the co-op, not deposit, as I found out after making a special trip. Totally unacceptable.

Love this bank. I like the protection they have, even if it can be inconvenient at times. At least they care!..unlike most banks.I have yet to receive any unecessary fees from them, which has NEVER happened at any other bank!
