BEWARE!!! My loan offered under the name 'Best Egg' did not disclose processing fee when application was submitted. My $3,000 loan required/deducted approx $120 loan servicing fee BEFORE the remaining amount was paid to me. Additionally the 11.15% APR listed in my online application charged me $.87 per DAY! The first 2 months deducted approx $27.00 in interest fees each month. Perhaps the Consumer Protection Bureau or California Atty General can calculate how that is possible. It appears more like a Pay Day loan offering with daily rather than annual interest of 11.15%. RUN AWAY as fast as you can from this group!!

The absolute worst customer service! I have spent nearly an hour trying to talk to someone about my loan, and everyone just gives me another phone number to call. Multiple numbers have hung up on me. I still have not reach someone who can assist me! This company is horrible!

This is the worst group of people in a call center I've ever dealt with. Uneducated on their own system and have the nerve to be rude. You can't be dumb and a smart ass at the same time. This is one company that needs to start all over, from scratch

I purchased a trailer about 2 1/2 years from a local dealer and used a bank that they recommended since my credit union at the time didn't finance RV's. Apparently these knuckleheads ended up taking over the loan shortly afterwards and that is where service went down. Anyone thinking of using this company, picture a large dog chasing you and run in the opposite direction! Pete T. had severe issues with them 8 months ago and mentioned contacting the state. Exactly what I plan on doing as well, Attorney General's Office!!!

This is quite possibly the worst company on the planet to deal with. I have my account set up with auto pay through my bank and have had zero issues until this company came along. They call constantly saying that my payment has not been received; it was sent out over 2 weeks ago. Spoke to Rebecca this morning and she has of ZERO help. Don't walk, RUN away from this garbage lender. Terrible company, lousy customer service and rude!
