I'm a frequent customer of this branch. Typically upon arrival at the drive-thru window my transaction is handled in an efficient and courteous manner. Bank tellers are friendly and do not ask unjustified questions. All around pleased with the customer service.

Do you feel as though you just haven't been disrespected enough by your current financial institution? Look no further! At the West Clay Location of US Bank, they will be happy to be the bane of your existence, and treat you rudely for many years to come! I'm surprised they don't just hire someone to kick you in the teeth the moment you walk through the door.

Location is convenient and numerous other locations make it very accessible. I have not had any issue with US Bank.

Convenient location but I wish they wouldn't allow the diner across the street to overrun their lot on weekends with car shows, you can't get to the ATM at all.
