Omg, fantastic! I was super skeptical at first because who wouldn't be? But after working w/the team at slfa and watching my debt balance go to 0 I was totally in awe. Seriously if you have student loan debt you are dumb not to call them.

This company was so much help in getting my daughter enrolled in an IDR program. We had tried working directly with her loan servicer but they would come up with excuses why she didn't qualify. Ashley advocated for her and got the job done in about a week!! Also, this company is not like other agencies that require you to pay them a monthly fee for 10-20 years...making you believe those payments are going toward your loans. SLFAgency was very clear that their 1 time fee was for their services ONLY! They follow your process to the end. I recommend this company to anyone needing help with student loans.
